"Roberto Caccuri was born in Lodi in 1975, but he has been living in Rome for years.
He shows interests in topical and inquiry subjects developing them in large reportages. Some of them, such as his projects about environment pollution in Italy, as well as the economic and financial business, and the most important Italian universities, had great diffusion.
He published and worked for the most important National (Panorama, L'Espresso, Io Donna) and international magazines (Focus Germany, Der Spiegel). Since 2002, he is the youngest photographer accredited to Vatican, where he followed the most important celebrations held by Pope John Paul II until his death.
In September 2004, during the Architecture Biennal in Venice, he exhibited his reportage on high speed railway network, which was held at Querini Stampalia Foundation.
He joined Contrasto in 2000."
